What type of Bill of Material (BOM) file do you accept?
We prefer MS Excel format, but other formats are also acceptable. Which should includes: Manufacture name, full manufacture P/N’s, quantity, description.
To what acceptability standards do you build?
IPC-A-6011/6012 latest revision with inspection based on IPC-A-600 latest revision: Class 2 and Class 3 Prototypes (Standard Spec) and Class 2 and Class 3 Production (Custom Spec).
What are your payment terms?
T/T, 100% prepay.
What do we mean by "Full turn-key"?
We escort the entire process as needed from design, through manufacturing, components procurement, assembly, QC, Functionality testing, supply, after-sale support, maintenance and warranty provision.
What are our QC procedures?
We have extremely strict QC policy and are able to perform almost every test as required by the client. Additionally, we provide warranty protecting the clients interests etc.
What are the shipping options?
We normally works as EXW, but we can do FOB or CIF. We work with DHL, Fedex and other major logistic service providers and forwarders.
What kinds of file formats do you accept?
We can process Gerber RS-274X, 274D, Agile and AutoCAD’s DXF, DWG formats, PCBDOC.
What software do you use?
We use Altium to edit and view.
What is our normal lead-time?
Lead-time depends on tech used and required quantities. In general, Heneng consulting specializes in short lead-times, and fast-turnaround client needs.

Our suppliers are leading PCB manufacturers and assembly houses used to dealing with mixed production and high-end products when necessary.
